XIV-A Announces Dean's/President's List Sisters We congratulate our academic leaders! Way to go, sisters! Evansville Alumnae and Collegians Kick Off Race Week With Press ConferenceEvansville Zeta Tau Alphas, alumnae and collegiate, were joined by Mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel and Evansville Susan G. Komen for the Cure Executive Director Sheila Seller for a Monday press conference. Mayor Weinzapfel kicked off the Yoplait Save Lids to Save Lives campaign by putting the first pink lid in a collection bin. Area Schnucks and other groceries will be housing lid collection containers. Last year, Evansville collected over 16,500 lids.
Zeta Alpha chapter and Evansville alumnae will be taking part in this weekend's Evansville Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Have a great Race weekend, sisters! University of Evansville Zetas Pledge 35 Zeta Alpha chapter at University of Evansville saw huge numbers of potential new members through their chapter room in recruitment 2010. Filling quota and claiming 3 additional sisters, the chapter enjoyed the fruits of their efforts at Monday night’s bid festivities. 35 new ZTAs walk the UE campus, and their older sisters are duly proud to see their hard work pay off with such a great new member class.

Zeta Alpha Wins ZTA SILVER!Zeta Alpha chapter was honored at the Silver Masquerade Banquet of the 2010 Zeta Tau Alpha Convention on July 10, 2010. The University of Evansville chapter was presented by National Vice President Kelley Snow Harmon with a National Council Special Recognition Award in honor of years of dedicated work that has brought honor to the Fraternity.
Through conscientious focus on all areas of chapter programming, the chapter raised the bar for itself by consistently achieving in academics, campus involvement, philanthropy, and all other operations. They have been racking up accolades, winning for Outstanding Service, Outstanding Philanthropy, and Best New Member at this spring's Evansville Greek Awards Banquet. Indiana is proud of you, Zeta Alpha, and we strive to join you in Louisville as you repeat on this great accomplishment! Province XIV-A Awarded at ZTA ConventionZeta Alpha's Silver win was the culmination of a week of wins for our Indiana chapters. The state boasts 3 Crown Chapters, 1 financial improvement award, 3 Founders Circle members, 3 Highly Commendable Academic Awards, 3 Quota/Total Awards, 1 Helping Hands winner, 2 Foundation scholarship recipients, and the top two ZTA Foundation donors in the world.
In addition to these accolades, chapter officers took part in programming to prepare them for the next phase of My Sister, My Responsibility and strengthen their chapter's risk management. They met with National Officers to discuss the current status of their chapters and game plan for the future. They networked with ZTAs from across the country and across the years to form connections that will support those goals. It was a jam-packed week in New Orleans, and your officers are returning to your chapters with a lot of ideas and goals they can't wait to share with you!
